CRIME 13 APR O8 Police fear that Britain is in danger of being caught up in a wave of crime by illegal immigrants. Britain's most senior Black officer, Kent chief constable Michael Fuller voiced his concerns to Home Secretary Jacqui Smith. He's worried that immigration has caused a 78 per cent rise in population in the area his force covers -- which includes Dover. He fears the increase could leave them unable to cope. RACISM IS COMMON IN THE HOUSE SAYS DAWN
DISCRIMINATION 13 APR O8 Dawn Butler, on of only two Black women MPs in the House of Commons has spoken out about the blatant racism she experienced at the hands of white politicians. BLACK ELDERS WILL MISS OUT ON FREE MONEY
OLDER GENERATION 08 APR O8 Black elders could miss out on as much as £1,300 each following local government cuts to advice services. The charity Age Concern warn that up to 26 per cent of Black people living below the poverty line will be worse hit as the cuts begin to bite.
