BIG
BROTHER's Derek Laud is reportedly being wooed by
David Cameron's Tories. They fancy him as a candidate for London Mayor.
Laud, 41, has refused, but after his performance in
perhaps the most watchable of all BIG BROTHERs ever
maybe he could unseat Ken Livingstone |

have an integrity and strong sense of ethics and morals."

possible give you the opportunity to read them. For obvious
reasons we cannot reproduce these stories, but will show you
where to find them giving you the chance to view how the
different publications deal with Black subjects and portray
Black people. REMEMBER
these are not our words, but where the subject/person is
listed in on our site you will also be able to view things
from what we believe to be a wholly Black perspective

MIGRANTS'
MILLIONS FROM BENEFIT SCAM
East European migrants living in Britain can claim child benefit,
even if their kids don’t live here. Tens of millions of pounds in taxpayer’s money is being squandered because of a loophole.
Thousands of migrants are cashing in. Polish migrants alone have made 50,000 claims. |

BBC
FOREIGN REPORTERS ARE TOO WHITE
The BBC's new diversity czar
is sick and tired of seeing white journalists reporting from far-flung war zones.

ASTHMA
ATTACK LINK TO PROTEIN GIVES HOPE OF NEW TREATMENT
Scientists have discovered why people with asthma suffer severe attacks when they catch colds: their lungs do not produce enough of the anti-viral proteins
needed to fight the infection. It is hoped that the finding will lead to a new generation of treatments that can prevent the most extreme asthma attacks.
One in 12 people in the UK suffers from asthma and around 1,500 die every year. |

| OPINION:
BLACK BOMBERS AND OTHER SILLY SECRETS |
YOU
LIVE IN HOPE that anytime something dodge is mentioned in
news bulletins someone Black isn't involved. In the years before the
politically correct brigade extended its tentacles past 'bah bah
black sheep' and on to unnecessary racial identification in news
reporting, that heart-in-mouth moment didn't exist. Reading over the
weekend that a former Rasta had shaved off his dreads, signed-up to
Islam and was amongst the men and women suspects arrested on alleged
terror offences last week made my heart sink. I thought Rasta's were
peaceful people. This is where all this religion malarkey gets
confusing. The Black church (and there are loads in variety) is the
fastest growing in the country, with Islam running a very close
second religion-wise. Religion is heading towards being viewed as a
sort of gang-culture, with many disenfranchised Asian and Black
youth heading that way seeking to be noticed, embraced and valued.
In most minority ethnic cultures kids are forced to attend religious
services and such like, but the appeal of shady and maverick
characters lurking in the shadows has changed all that. It's
disturbing that Black kids are choosing these extreme routes as
easily as they do the gun and drug culture. Both are on par with
each other because the end result is the same - death. Spooky but
true. BH |
