to helm the popular music mag and give it a more
'lifestyle-ee' feel. McKenzie, who brought us the

yesterday that growing Cannabis at home is 'no worse
than having tomato plants'. A judge refused to
impose an anti-social behaviour and a possession
order on the property as he declared the man was not
being a nuisance as everything was for personal

reckons producers should have made 007 black. Foxx, who plays Tubbs in the
Miami Vice film, reckons rapper P Diddy, 36, deserved the role ahead of Brit Daniel
Craig. Foxx, said: “They’ve got to get with the times.
Diddy would have made a good Bond.”. Please

PAIR 'IN DEATH TAUNT'
The two brothers at the centre of the Forest Gate terror probe have been accused of screaming at soldiers: “We hope you
die in Iraq.” And the pair pretended to machine-gun guardsmen outside their barracks near Buckingham Palace, it is alleged.
Sickened squaddies also claimed that the pair then SPAT. |

GUILTY OF DAMILOLA KILLING
Brothers Ricky and Danny Preddie have been found guilty of the manslaughter of schoolboy Damilola Taylor.
They will be sentenced in two weeks. Earlier this year the pair, now 19 and 18, were found not guilty of murdering the
Black 10-year-old. They faced a retrial at the Old Bailey because the original jury could not agree on manslaughter verdict.
When the verdict was read out, Ricky Preddie shouted: "You must be crazy, I'm innocent." |

Six years and three trials after his death, an Old Bailey jury convicted

CONVICTED OF DAMILOLA MANSLAUGHTER
Two teenagers were today convicted of the manslaughter of 10-year-old
Damilola Taylor on a south London housing estate six years ago.
Danny Preddie, 18, and his 19-year-old brother Ricky, of Peckham, south-east London, were found guilty at a retrial at the Old Bailey after an earlier jury could not reach a verdict.
Earlier this year, they were acquitted of Damilola's murder and assault charges. |
